Approached John Ryder Removals on recommendation from a friend and they did not disappoint! Fantastic service, and credit to Chantelle, Shaun and Callum who put in an unbelievable amount of work over the 2 days. They were personable and provided a calming presence on what could have been a really stressful day. Very happy to have chosen John Ryder and can't recommend enough. Thank you!

I have used John Ryder removals several times now, most recently last month. Always an excellent service and extremely professional. Everyone I spoke to during the process were very helpful and they make moving so much easier. Would highly recommend.

Excellent service from first contact through to the actual moving day.A great team, very well organised and nothing was too much trouble.They took exceptionally good care of us and our property. Special mention of Ronnie whose packing skills were first rate, making it such a smooth easy task when it came to me unpacking the kitchen.

This was my third time moving with John Ryder, but the first time using their full removal service. This time moving included a trip to our storage unit, items being taken for auction and disposal too. It was a positive experience from start to finish and I highly recommend to others. The team were professional, extremely hard working and efficient, but were also good humoured and personable which really helped to take the stress out of moving. A big thank you to all the John Ryder team!

We used John Ryder removals for moving house from Essex to Wymondham in Norfolk.
We found that they we were ultra professional from start to finish. The company arranged a quote by way of having a video call so they could see what was been moved and then we received the quote within the hour of the call finishing. The contract was then issued to us with the quote and Chantelle kept us up to date on the whole process, from receiving the contract until we had moved into our new house.
The removal men were excellent on the moving day and called us when they were on their way and moved all our furniture very quickly and efficiently. The lorry was packed within two hours and as soon as we had the keys to the new house, they were outside the house before us and ready to move the furniture and boxes in. They ensured the furniture was positioned correctly and always double checked everything was in the right place and even moved a mattress that was delivered early.
Highly recommend for any removals as a very professional and efficient company.
