1. Time for picking up my boxes is very irritating. Do not have a specific time for it. I’m a uni student and the first time I used it I was in a boarding school. So it will be very annoying. Do I have to stay at the reception from morning till evening? My uni reception to my accom was super far away, I have to carry all six boxes across 3 street to get there. I have no help, cuz I’m an international student. All the staff or student at school already left. And then the delivery guy only collected 3 of my parcels. And left the rest of it there. So I have to request them to back again on the other day. Luckily my flight wasn’t on the other day. I really have no time for this.
2. Update your website pleaseeee
This website is super slow. If there is any problem, don’t hesitate to ask for the professional. And I don’t understand why they keep charging me by week instead of monthly. At first, they are monthly. Then switch to weekly for no reason. I even changed it again and again to month. Cuz it was super annoying when I was travelling, having a nice time with my family. It just kept popping up. And if I didn’t pay by that time, they will throw my stuff away.
3. Couldn’t email them, call is the only way
