I liked how they can move your storage from one city to another, this service helped me tremendously.

Moved all the way from south England to north for university and the service was good. My boxes and luggage were delivered quickly and the service is easy to book and instructions were clear for marking the items that needed to be transported. A bit pricier than some other services but worth it if you want to make sure that your items are in safe hands and will come to your destination quickly.

I have used their services four times, mostly to my satisfaction, but the last two have hit me real hard.
Firstly, my Goldring 2500 cartridge (which was very well packed) was totally destroyed in transit by violent shipping, the cantilever was smashed into two pieces and completely damaged.
Outraged, I gave a negative review on a website and received the phone call, 'I'm sorry for the loss, but you should have used air bags and cardboard to wrap your valuables; secondly, we have no responsibility or problem in this matter, we are only the supplier, and as for DHL, they are only the logistics company, how they transport parcels and luggage, it's out of my control as I think they won't damage your items'.
The first thing I would say is that as a supplier, you should really choose a RESPONSIBLE courier company. The reason why we pay to send something nowadays is because we trust that our stuff will be treated with care, handled properly in transit and then arrive safely at its destination.
I'm just shocked and angry that a cartridge was damaged by shipping in a securely packed cardboard (in the corrugated cardboard box they provided and filled with air bags) as I'm paying to receive the worst shipping service, as well as the assumption that 'A logistics company that handles thousands of parcels a day would not damaging my stuff, while I wouldn't carefully pack the one my most precious belongings.'
Since the term of non-claim was listed on the website, the insurance but only covers the loss of luggage, but not damage to the item inside. Right, just buying myself a lesson.

Another thing that really made me felt distressed is regarding shipping label.
I had planned to leave my home on Saturday and had scheduled the courier to pick up the item on Monday of the following week. Their website stated that the shipping label number would be provided the day before without indicating working day or weekday, and they don't work on weekends, so I assumed that the shipping label would be sent to me by the staff on the Friday as it's the last working day of the week obviously.
What actually happened was that I never received the shipping label on Friday and no one was on duty at the weekend, so when I tried to contact them to ask about the situation and how to resolve it, no one replied me, left me in despair as helpless. I was trying to cancel my order, but to find that if you want to get a refund, you need to purchase CHANGE COVER, otherwise even though you cancel your order, you won't be able to get any refund.
And on the Monday of the following week, I received a call in response to the email I had sent out on the previous Friday, beginning with 'what I did wrong, we could not help with this. As for replies, we don't work weekends and are not an emergency service provider, so you can't ask us to work overtime on weekends and reply to your messages. And that the previous day meant that even if we were not available at the weekend we would not send the shipping label to you until Sunday, you have used our service for several times, so you SHOULD really knew these.'
To be honest, it is true that I have thought wrong, but I never said I want anyone work on weekend, I wish every folks in your company would enjoy a pint and their personal life during the weekend, but does that necessarily mean that just because I want to contact the person in charge over the weekend because of an emergency that I want them to work overtime? This is not something that me, as a consumer should consider, but rather something that a well-planned company should think about in advance. And the last words 'you have used this service many times so you should know this' I think it is more or less blame to go around tbh

I left three stars, the shipping is alright, they indeed reached destination despite that some items were not in one piece, still, this is a complete service. But as for my personal experience, I felt but just sad. I don't demand any more blame or explanation, I sincerely hope I won't be contacted again if possible, thank you very much

Ordered some boxes as I was moving out of university - very satisfied as all boxes were good quality and well-packaged. They also came with next-day shipping which was convenient. Highly recommend!

Used them to store 3 medium sized boxes, about 20kg each, for a month in Belgium while traveling. Easy to use, cheap, and simple. Happy to recommend them if you need short term storage of your personal effects while you're off somewhere else :)
