What is your insurance policy? How do you deal with damaged items?
We have MoveProtect in place for both goods in transit and goods in storage. In the unfortunate event that damage may occur, we send you a claim form and then your claim is processed.
What is the best advice you would give to customers?
Pack all of your goods to a good standard ready for moving.
Arrange all documents for customs well in advance of your removal.

It was a few years ago now but a genuine no-problem experience. All 'stuff' went to store for eight months whilst UK house was gutted and refitted. Lovely guys who moved us out, brothers if I recall. Worthy of a recommendation.

Ik had geen beter verhuisbedrijf kunnen wensen. Na veel zoeken (en wat slechte ervaringen) was ik heel blij om een betrouwbare firma te vinden, die mijn dozen en meubels hebben verhuisd van Amsterdam naar Londen voor een scherpe prijs. De communicatie was snel en duidelijk en ze hebben me met de minimum aan gedoe geleid door het douane proces voor de VK. Ik kan ze van harte aanbevelen.
I can wholeheartedly recommend Franklins... reliable, efficient, good communication, friendly and smooth. And a very good price! Couldn't have found a better removals firm.

We have recently moved from London to Brussels and have used the services from Franklins Removals. Moving is always stressful, especially when it has an international element to it. I must say Franklins [Name removed by Sirelo] was excellent in the communication, expectation and follow-up. On the day, the 60m3 lorry arrived on time and [Name removed by Sirelo] and his colleagues were very friendly, extremely efficient and flexible. The paperwork requirements for the custom was clear and FR managed every for us. I would highly recommend Franklins Removals - professional pick up/delivery, punctual, competitive, handle your stuff with a lot of car, polite, efficient and friendly. Thank you guys!

Our collection from our French address went without any inconvenience. The two chaps were friendly helpful and polite.

They were fast & efficient, taking great care with all my belongings. Everything arrived in perfect shape. The two guys who came to pick up my belongings, [Name removed by Sirelo], were great … cheerful & very professional. Moving is a stressful time but they made it less so. Highly recommend them.

The move was mostly ok, but unfortunately there was some damage to some of our things due to the negligence (scratches on furniture and a broken record player, that was poorly packed)
We paid for goods in transit insurance, but unfortunately we missed the fine print, where it said we could only make a claim within 7 days of delivery, and we missed the window, so we couldn't make any use of it and they didn't take any responsibility for the poor packaging.
