We are equally disappointed at the multiple alias reviews that you have taken to placing. While we understand and appreciate a review being placed, multiple in different accounts is not appropriate, misleading and
some would consider to be harassment.
To respond to points made:
Correct, the driver did not move your boxes as the service you booked on, due to your budget, was for a one-man collection. You were informed of the need to bring your boxes to the vehicle.
Based on records we hold, the documentation suggests that the box was never in the consignment. The same number of boxes collected are the same number of those delivered.
We have guided you through an insurance claim and it would seem you had undervalued the items you insured.
You have been offered £500 for the Lego sets on an entirely without-prejudice basis by insurers, as if they were to impose stricter sanctions on their terms and conditions, there would be no pay out based on information they hold.
You have refused this offer.
To conclude, we believe we have made all possible endeavors to resolve the matter, however, we cannot payout on items that are owner packed and damaged, as per ours and Insurers terms and conditions.

Moving crew (subcontractor) arrived on time and did a good job - both at the collection and the drop off.

Change of subcontrator late in process, leading to a few hours' delay of the original moving slot from the morning to the afternoon of the moving day. However, TMS stuck to their quote.
Very short notice provided on payment for customs procedure in destination country. Maybe difficult for those working full time. This was unexpected, as the original steer from TMS was that the move would probably take a few weeks.
TMS repeatedly tried to sell obviously overpriced contents insurance for the move. They reduced their initial quote from EUR 450 to EUR 300 and ultimately to EUR 200 (i.e. less than 50% of the original quote) over the course of the negotiations (I still didn't sign up for it).Read more
