What makes your company stand out?

Myself and the team pride ourselves on the service we are able to provide our customers. With the partnerships we have within the removal industry, we have the flexibility to tailor our removal services to meet all of our clients specific needs and budgets. Our hard work is reflected in our vast amount of reviews on the various removal review websites which include Google, Trust Pilot and Removal Reviews, to name a few.

What is your insurance policy? How do you deal with damaged items?

All of our customers are offered the opportunity to take out TMS Insurance as part of their removal service with us. The Insurance is provided and covered by one of the Industry leaders within the Removal Industry. Customers wishing to cover their goods will be asked to fully complete an Insurance Valuation Form and their Move Manager will then provide a quotation for the cost based on the items declared. In the event that an insurance claim is required to be made, customers will need to complete a Claim Form and provide pictures and details of the damages which have arisen. Our Operations Manager will then liaise with our Insurers to handle the claim.

What is the best advice you would give to customers?

We always strongly encourage customers to ensure that when comparing quotes that they have requested the same level of service and volume of goods, to make comparing a much easier process for them. Secondly, customers should always do their research on any companies that they may be looking to select to undertake their removal, to ensure there are no surprises along the way.

I dealt mainly with [Name removed by Sirelo] who after I explained i had an extremely tight timescale to move (days rather than weeks) he pulled out all the stops to make it happen. I was informed every step of the way and they arrived with my belongings on the same day I arrived. I could not have done this without [Name removed by Sirelo] and the wonderful team who were all courteous, extremely efficient and made the most stressful event I've undertaken a piece of cake. It was so stress free... thank you [Name removed by Sirelo] and the team.

The communication and knowledge from the team is just amazing. We moved during the Christmas period and everything went exactly how they told us it would.

Their packers are friendly, fast and super efficient. Our items arrived on time and unharmed.

Once our items arrived they brought them up with a smile and took great care with the packages.

They were able to walk us through what the documents meant and it was honestly just so seamless. I couldn’t have asked for a better service.

We looked around other providers and in terms of time and price TMS was the obvious choice. Thank you all for making something scary seem a lot easier.

From start to finish very easy to deal with them. [Name removed by Sirelo] was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. I used TMS for moving furniture to a new property. They are great would not use anyone else other then TMS. Very highly recommended.

We've moved to 9 different countries spread across the globe, and I can honestly say this was the easiest of them all. Considering we are now late 60's that's saying something.
