What makes your company stand out?

Myself and the team pride ourselves on the service we are able to provide our customers. With the partnerships we have within the removal industry, we have the flexibility to tailor our removal services to meet all of our clients specific needs and budgets. Our hard work is reflected in our vast amount of reviews on the various removal review websites which include Google, Trust Pilot and Removal Reviews, to name a few.

What is your insurance policy? How do you deal with damaged items?

All of our customers are offered the opportunity to take out TMS Insurance as part of their removal service with us. The Insurance is provided and covered by one of the Industry leaders within the Removal Industry. Customers wishing to cover their goods will be asked to fully complete an Insurance Valuation Form and their Move Manager will then provide a quotation for the cost based on the items declared. In the event that an insurance claim is required to be made, customers will need to complete a Claim Form and provide pictures and details of the damages which have arisen. Our Operations Manager will then liaise with our Insurers to handle the claim.

What is the best advice you would give to customers?

We always strongly encourage customers to ensure that when comparing quotes that they have requested the same level of service and volume of goods, to make comparing a much easier process for them. Secondly, customers should always do their research on any companies that they may be looking to select to undertake their removal, to ensure there are no surprises along the way.

My point of contact was [Name removed by Sirelo]. The shortest way to describe him is that he is a professional gentleman. What he promised is exactly what we got - no hidden fees, no tricks, nothing! They offered the best price and the best service I could ask for in an intercontinental move. The way everything was packed, handled and delivered in the UK and Australia was very professional and beyond perfect.

I would definitely recommend to use TMS because it doesn't get any better than this. Thanks for the PERFECT service and professionalism.

We used TMS to move relocate to New Zealand and have had a first rate experience. [Names removed by Sirelo] and the Team were with us each step of the way, and able to flex to our arrangements as they changed in New Zealand. We had a few small breakages en route - nothing costly, and the insurance excess would have wiped out any recovery. So TMS offered a small in-house gesture of goodwill, which was a very decent touch at the end of an all-round excellent experience. We won't be using TMS again as we're definitely not moving to the other side of the world again (!) but would strongly recommend them.

I dealt mainly with [Name removed by Sirelo] who after I explained i had an extremely tight timescale to move (days rather than weeks) he pulled out all the stops to make it happen. I was informed every step of the way and they arrived with my belongings on the same day I arrived. I could not have done this without [Name removed by Sirelo] and the wonderful team who were all courteous, extremely efficient and made the most stressful event I've undertaken a piece of cake.
