Everything went on relatively well until my shipment arrived, I had a missing side table which is of a significant value and stationery (of a small value). I reported it right away and removal coordinator said she'll get their staff to search the warehouse. For weeks I didn't hear from her. Had to write to her a couple of times and also to the company general email to enquire. When there's no respond, I sent a Messenger message, threatening to report them. It was immediately after that that I heard from my removal coordinator, stating that they're still looking for the missing items. I then realised that I've not been sent an insurance certificate in spite of paying for insurance, hence I requested for my certificate as I've wanted to proceed with a missing item claim. To our shock and horror, she wrote back to say there were no insurance policy bought!
