In het begin goede communicatie en goede prijs. Daarna allemaal wat chaotisch. Ik moest beide adressen, ophaal en bezorging, tot twee maal toe corrigeren, en heb duidelijk aangegeven in de eerste communicatie dat ik niet voor een bepaalde datum bezorgd wilde hebben en toch hebben ze een datum eerder in het contract gezet en waren hierover niet flexibel. Ik zou twee dagen van te voren te horen krijgen hoe laat het bezorgd zou worden (waarvoor ik iemand heb moeten inschakelen omdat ik zelf de bestemming nog niet had bereikt) maar kreeg ik om 21.00 de avond ervoor te horen dat het om 10 uur 's ochtends zou zijn. Het gevolg was dat de contact persoon op het bezorg adres de hele dag heeft moeten vrij houden voor het geval dat. Ik moest ook twee keer zoveel import belasting betalen dan oorspronkelijk vermeld. Communicatie was uiteindelijk zeer onvriendelijk. Erg slordig allemaal. Mijn indruk is dat dit bedrijf aan subcontractors uitbesteed die ze op het laatste moment inschakelen en dan vast zitten aan de eisen van de subcontractor wat betreft datum van bezorging.Read more

- The price was the most affordable of all the companies we got in touch with.
- The driver was very professional and helpful. He packed the truck perfectly, tucking everything in and covering them correctly. It all arrived in great condition and thanks to his expertise, there even was space left on the truck!

JCL made moving countries as stress free as possible. We had a professional agent, packing team and a great driver. Every item was wrapped and arrived safely, with no document problems along the way. It would have been impossible for us to arrange such a smooth move while working in the new country already without the help of JCLs moving agent and service providers.
