Let me add my voice to the chorus of positive reviews!
[Name removed by Sirelo] and the team have gone above and beyond. My situation wasn’t a straightforward one as I’d left my things packed up with friends in the UK and then arrived in Vienna nearly a year after packing everything up. No matter, [Name removed by Sirelo] walked me through every step and answered every question in great detail with maximum clarity. Our email exchange was super long before we even locked in a date for the collection as he was trying his best to get the price as low for me as possible. In the end, I got all my things only four days after they’d been picked up!
The trickiest part of the whole thing was the paperwork, and that came with so much support and guidance. Cannot stress enough the patience and care with which my requests were handled, and with friendliness and good humour too.
I don’t plan on moving again any time soon, but if I had anything to be transported I’d use JCL.
Thank you so much for being such a source of calm in this wild time of my life! Knowing all my most precious things were in good hands allowed for some peace.

We were completely satisfied with JCL and our entire move. The communication before, during and after the move was consistently excellent, always with the same contact person – in our case, [Name removed by Sirelo]. She replied quickly, clearly and accurately every time.
Moving involves a lot of work, planning and time pressure, and JCL always kept to the schedule. We packed everything ourselves – around 350 items, boxes and furniture. During loading, storage and unloading, the JCL staff were careful and efficient. The different teams were properly dressed in company uniforms, clean, friendly and strong. Even though we had many delicate items, we didn’t have a single complaint. Everything arrived safely.
So yes, we can recommend JCL 100%. As a side note, we’ve moved around the world several times and have plenty of experience with relocations.
