Space4Time war mit Abstand das beste Angebot und im Endeffekt ist alles im Rahmen unbeschadet und vollständig angekommen, daher 4 Sterne. Auch die proaktive Kommunikation mit dem Coordinator funktioniert gut. Nachteile sind schlechte Planung und Unpünktlichkeit (Ware kam von London nach München 1.5 Tage zu spät), Verpackung schützt nur vor dem nötigsten (95% shrink wrap) und schlechte Vorbereitung bzw. Unprofessionell (Boxen wurden nur auf Anfrage beschriftet, teilweise schwer alles wieder zu finden, Mitarbeiter kommen ohne Equipment oder tools wie Schraubenzieher oder Stifte obwohl sie auf- und abbauen sollen). Wir mussten auch zu zweit mit anpacken, damit alles entladen werden konnte. Es kommt also mit erheblichen Aufwand aber am Ende günstig und vollständig.

Great communication before the move. All very clear and quick to reply by mail or text. My furniture being a bit heavier than 500kg the whole delivery date and truck had to change which was frustrating but all was well in the end and in correct condition!
