Honestly, the three guys that moved us today were brilliant.
Punctual, polite, tidy, careful and generally nice humans. They worked their arses off, moved us out of our house in good time and worked into the dark to get us into the next. Some of the best money I have spent hiring them, just laughing at my past self thinking about DIYing the move… no chance!

We moved from Northumberland to Cheshire on Monday the 08/12/25. The whole process was so easy from getting a quote to the team arriving on the morning of the move. Arrived earlier than expected which was great the lads very helpful and credit to the company. They did the move in one day. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs to move local or even long distance like we did.

These guys are worth every penny! Very professional and they know what they are doing. They are also very personable and have a laugh! My children thought it was hilarious when one of them pretended to be santa carrying a bag of teddies up the stairs haha! Everything was taken care of and put into new rooms as directed. The lads worked hard and were brilliant 👏

Second time we’ve used Ashington Removals. They were brilliant the 1st time and even better this time.
They did a full packing the day before we moved. The guys were professional, courteous, very efficient and worked really hard in packing and loading.
They returned on moving day to finish packing and then on to our new home. Again they worked so hard all day. Solving minor issues in getting certain pieces of furniture that were a bit too big to get through doors.
They were friendly, helpful, tidy and extremely efficient.
The whole experience of contacting Ashington from 1st getting a quote to actual moving was smooth, efficient and professional. You may find cheaper companies but you will be hard pressed to find a more reliable company.

One word “Hero’s” these lads are the best, I honestly don’t know how I would have done this on my own, moving from a big family home with 2 children and the stress that comes with was just made easy by getting this company in to do the work. The lads were absolutely amazing, friendly, cheeky & funny. Beds dismantled & assembled within hours so that we could all sleep in our own beds. I’ve used this company before and if I ever need to move again i won't hesitate calling them.
