Excellent customer service. Contacted on Tuesday morning, pick up and delivery of antique cabinet arranged for following day at a very competitive price. Item delivered exactly on time (to the minute!) Friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend and will be using again.

From the first conversation to the end of the job, the service and customer care was 5*. This was a last minute request and once confirmed that they had availability, they moved fast to ensure the job happened on time and as per instructions. I was managing this remotely from my end and Jack did a fabulous job of talking me through the process. On the day, they were punctual, efficient, professional and they did a great job of packing delicate items and also managing the very large pieces of furniture and white goods. I would wholeheartedly recommend them and love the fact that they are a local, family company. Many thanks to all involved for making this move very smooth.

Highly recommend Wolves Removals !! Jack was excellent from start to finish, amazing customer service and competitive pricing.
He kept in touch through the whole process, sending helpful packing guides and answering all my questions quickly.
The team on the day; Luke, Steve & Keiran were absolutely amazing ! Professional, friendly, quick but careful. They kept checking in with me to make sure I was happy and went out of their way to make a stressful day easy.
Jack also checked in throughout with a final call after the team had finished - I was so impressed and so glad I chose Wolves Removals.

We recently used Wolves Removals for both our house move, and for the storage of our belongings whilst some updating on our new home was being completed. Jack and the team were easy and professional to deal with from day one, and Jack’s communication throughout was excellent. Importantly for us, Jack was also very flexible, as our move went through the all too often stop/start process, with dates and requirements changing several times.
Overall, Jack, Luke and the team were a pleasure to deal with and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

What a lovely team of people. Professional and helpful. This was a tough move for me so opted for help packing. I didnt need to lift a finger. Some heavy furnashings up to a second floor flat. Fully moved in 4 hours with no stress. Thank you Wolves. Absolute stars!

Jack and his team moved the furniture and contents from a flat in Chelsea into storage for us yesterday. The whole process of dealing with Jack was absolutely seamless. He always answered the phone, they were able to accommodate us at very short notice and arrived at the agreed time. The move went smoothly and the team were all charming and helpful. The whole job was completed in 2.5 hours. I am very pleased that we decided to use Wolves for this job.
