Appreciate my move was less than straightforward as my purchase failed to Complete on the agreed date & I ended up paying double to get my furniture delivered very late the next day. All the guys were very polite, helpful & supportive but the frame of my sofa has been broken, a wardrobe damaged & parts missing, plus reassembly paid for but not undertaken, so extremely unhappy about the overall experience. Ian said he wanted to talk about compensation but proved very elusive, which wasn't the case when demanding £900 to retrieve my belongings. Out of frustration it has taken over 2 months through the Insurers to find out I didn't tick the right boxes (caution read the paperwork, very, very carefully as wrongly assumed I was covered up to £25,000) and as a result entitled to £40.00 compensatio. My fault entirely but from rereading the form, not sure how any claims would be successful. I'm sure Ian will want respond to this Review but advise caution when next booking your removal.

We recently used Surrey Move Management for our move and just wanted to say a huge thank you to the whole team.
Everyone was incredibly friendly, polite and helpful throughout. What really stood out was that some of the team had finished their own jobs but stayed behind to help with our move so everything could be completed more quickly. They all had a great can-do attitude, never complained once, and just got stuck in and got the job done.
Special thanks to - Belinda, Ricky, Reece and Lewis and Scott and his team who stayed behind to help!

Ive used Surrey Move Management to move house twice over the last few years and would highly recommend them. The quote to pack and move me was considerably better value than other companies and their service was amazing. Everyone I encountered from office staff to packers to the removal guys were friendly, professional and polite - always with a smile on their face and nothing was too much trouble.

Scott and Jimmy were fantastic — nothing was too much trouble for them. They were exceptionally polite, respectful, and made the whole move feel easy and stress-free. We had the absolute best experience with this removal team! Three brilliant guys moved us from Wallington to East Sussex and they were fantastic from start to finish. They were punctual, friendly, and incredibly hardworking, handling everything with real care and professionalism. Nothing was too much trouble, and they kept the whole move calm, organised, and even enjoyable. All our belongings arrived safely and were placed exactly where we needed them. I recently had the pleasure of working with Surrey Move Management for my recent move, and I can’t recommend them highly enough! From start to finish, their team was absolutely brilliant. They did an exceptional job packing our entire house, taking great care with all our belongings.
