Despite seeming experienced they aren’t, added tax after they provided the original quote (after in the invoice), some items broken as didn’t wrap properly, items went missing (went through some items), furniture also not dismantled properly/or damaged in transit, some items left behind, some furniture couldn’t be taken and some belongings in draws not checked properly prior to leaving, they also don’t seem very respectful.
