What a pleasure it was to have Thomas Firbank move us, their price was competitive and included dismantling and reassembling the beds, and protecting all our floors. we packed ourselves but they covered all furniture and mattresses, the lads turned up when they said they would working together they soon had us packed up and ready to go. They really did take the pressure off and nothing was to much trouble for them

Thomas Firbank were absolutely brilliant from our first enquiry to the day of our move. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The movers were professional and carefully wrapped all our belongs and even helped my parents rearrange and move furniture around when things arrived at their destination. Fantastic service, I can’t rate highly enough!

I recently hired Thomas Firbank Removals, and I have to say they exceeded my expectations from start to finish. The team of five men were just lovely people and worked tirelessly for a solid 10 hours, demonstrating impressive dedication and efficiency. Their professionalism was evident as they tackled various challenges, including disassembling and reassembling beds and maneuvering large items up the stairs.
As the day progressed, additional team members joined in to assist with the unloading, which made the process even smoother. It was clear that they took pride in their work, and their enthusiasm was infectious. They were not only skilled but also approachable and friendly, making the experience much more enjoyable.
Another highlight was their willingness to go the extra mile; they came back later to collect empty boxes and even took a look at my dishwasher issue. Thomas Firbank removals were completely brilliant from start to finish. Moving house is a stressful and emotional time and their calm and cheerful presence, with a ‘nothing is too much trouble’ attitude made the experience smooth and calm. Couldn’t have asked for more! We will definitely ask them to help us move out of our current rental house next year.

Thomas Firbank lived up to expectation, being incredibly polite and respectful, with an amazing attitude from all four men working to remove my late father’s home. They were on time, diligent, careful, kept me informed and completed the work ahead of schedule - what more could one want ? Perfect. I honestly wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them, nor to use them again myself when needed. Top marks to James, Nick, Dave and Dan (I hope I got that right). Thank you very much 🙏🏼

Nick and Chris were our team for the day, using a van that was clean inside and outside. Arrived on time. They worked very hard and efficiently packing everything for transportation, before loading the van carefully and securely. Without taking any break, they drove to the drop-off address and unloaded quickly, quietly and carefully. The team were friendly and courteous. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Firbank for removals.
