Thank you for all your help with our removal and long-term storage arrangements. The process was smooth, and I appreciate your patience with all my questions along the way. James and Harry (packing and removal team) were so helpful, friendly and quick to get everything done. They made the whole process easy, and we appreciated that they were willing to go the extra mile for us in terms of fitting everything into our storage unit. They are a great team. A great company to deal with, that actually moved us in the way that we needed rather than what suited them . The guys that moved us were hard working and very helpful which is just what we needed under a stressful situation. All packed and unpacked with no damage. many thanks for a great service

We are so grateful for the fantastic job the team from Thomas Firbank Removals did for us - they were friendly, professional and careful with packing our things and moving furniture/pictures. They took the stress out of moving and were very efficient, so I would highly recommend them. Neil in particular helped us out with an unexpected washing machine situation too - nothing was too much trouble. The office staff were all very helpful and friendly as well. All round a great removals experience!

What a pleasure it was to have Thomas Firbank move us, their price was competitive and included dismantling and reassembling the beds, and protecting all our floors. we packed ourselves but they covered all furniture and mattresses, the lads turned up when they said they would working together they soon had us packed up and ready to go. They really did take the pressure off and nothing was to much trouble for them

Thomas Firbank were absolutely brilliant from our first enquiry to the day of our move. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The movers were professional and carefully wrapped all our belongs and even helped my parents rearrange and move furniture around when things arrived at their destination. Fantastic service, I can’t rate highly enough!
