I tried to book a quote with this company, I asked on the first phone if She would send me an email to confirm appointment, No email i had to contact her again. THREE times Hilary changed the appointments, today she said; her transport had broke down, contacted us 1 hour after appointment time, and could she rearrange again for next Tuesday, I told her to forget it. Absolute waste of my time.... I don't know where these 5 star reviews come from, probably from them selves.
