Craig came and gave quote and explained everything that would be done on the day. He was professional and no pressure on my decision. He dropped boxes off for me and on the day (today) Craig and they guys went above and beyond to help me into my new home. I felt less stressed as they know what their doing and I could concentrate on unpacking. Thank you so much Craig and the gang

Craig and his team are amazing, Craig came quoted, no pressure, professional. The team really understands the stresses of the day and When the team arrived amazing, nothing too much and nice chatty guys. So respectful of our items and home. Unloaded us the other side and got us in our new house safe and sound. Thank you team!

Moved home this weekend from Cannock to Rugeley, the guys from jigsaw were absolutely amazing!!! When they came to give the quote they were very professional, not pushy in any way and came across as genuinely decent.
Despite not being a 'cheap' quote, value for money was definitely had! The guys did an amazing job and barely stopped in 7 hours.
The team did an excellent job with smiles on their faces and I can't recommend them highly enough. Competitive price but you get so much more than I imagine faceless bigger companies would do.

I went to several of the high ranked named removers for quotes, however I was immediately impressed with their response to our initial query. On the home visit, they were courteous and knew exactly what we wanted and what needed to be done without adding an extra man or with no oversell and were very professional. Following that I got some more quotes, and after 4 other visits I selected Jigsaw because they were the best.
I did a lot of the arrangments by email and paid my deposit. They worked with me and I could not fault the communications or responses I received.
On the day they turned up on time and they worked hard. They had some furniture to dismantle, and they did a fantastic job. They had everything loaded up in good time and we were unpacked at the next address in a more than reasonable time
We had an issue with a fridge freezer and a smaller than expected space for it to go. they worked so hard to try and get it to go in. they even offered to come back once the matter was sorted out to push it into place. Its sorted now and thank you for your help
I really could not fault the service. They went above and beyond to help us move, leaving us in a good position when they had finished unpacking. I have disabilities and nothing was too much trouble for them.
If I move again ( which I dont expect to in the near future ) I would not think twice about using these superb guys again. Thank you to the team you made our move so much smoother :-)Read more

We were so glad that we chose Jigsaw Removal Group for our home move. Craig and his team were fantastic from start to finish; professional, hassle free service, we couldn't have asked for anything more. Cannot recommend these guys highly enough!
