Northover and Gilbert moved us recently. Tom organised our move, he was brilliant, very knowledgeable about the whole move process and he answered our many questions promptly.
On the move day, Martin led the team. He was very professional. He introduced himself to us, determined what was to be moved and organised the logistics of doing so.
The removal team were all very professional in their work. They were also friendly, relaxed in their demeanor and cheerful, which put us at ease.
They did an amazing job and then waited patiently for three hours to unload on a Friday afternoon before we got the keys to the new house.
We cannot thank them enough and highly recommend them.

We recently used Northover & Gilbert for our move from near Bridport to south Somerset. Shaun came out very promptly to give us a competitive quote, and for our move itself we had a team of four who actually came from a couple of other Master Removals Group offices, as they had juggled things around to meet our preferred dates. The guys in the team (Bobby, Harry, Brad and Mike) were absolutely brilliant - very efficient, hard-working, professional, neat and cheerful. Nothing was too much trouble and they moved us out of the property far more easily than another firm had moved us in!

This is an extraordinarily good company. I had been packing for 48 hours without a rest and when I saw the green livery of the van outside our house I knew everything was going to be alright. They have an air of absolute professionalism but with an easygoing friendliness. Look no further if you need a removals firm.

Did a fantastic job at great speed on a very tight time schedule. Exceeded every expectation. Lovely crew who went well beyond the extra mile. Helpful, easy to deal with old fashioned service, efficient and a delight to deal with. Will use the again.
