What makes your company stand out?

Rock Steady is a well-established Removals company who are committed to providing exceptional service to each customer who supply a complete packing service in addition waste disposal and furniture assembly. Customer service relations in the key to how we operate.

What is your insurance policy? How do you deal with damaged items?

We have goods in transit insurance with coverage up to £10,000 with public liability insurance cover. We have to date, not damaged any items as the care we provide is exceptional.

What is the best advice you would give to customers?

Preparation is paramount when moving home or business and the best advice we can offer is to plan your move at least four weeks prior to moving. We take care of the rest and provide you with an outline of how the move will go.

I just had the most seamless moving experience ever. I was worried at first because I had plenty of awkward items, including some very fragile ones, yet these movers made the entire process look effortless. Their easy-going but highly professional attitude immediately put me at ease, and I never doubted their trustworthiness. They handled every box and piece of furniture with exceptional care while still working unbelievably fast and efficiently. I’ve honestly never seen such a perfect balance of reliability, friendliness, and skill in a moving service. To top it all off, their rates were the lowest I’ve come across for this level of professionalism. I’m so thankful I found them, and I couldn’t recommend them more!

I can’t say enough good things about George and Charlie at Rock Steady Removals. I was coordinating a move from overseas and couldn’t fly back to the UK for it. These two absolutely took charge and handled everything without me even being there. I have moved around 20 times in my life (across different countries, different cities, and with different companies) but the level of professionalism, organisation, reliability, and peace of mind these guys provide is truly priceless. It felt like I’d cloned myself and sent them to do the job. Everything arrived in perfect condition, and I was honestly amazed - this team is absolutely worth every penny!

I wish there were a six star option! These guys made my supposedly stressful move an absolute breeze! Their compassion and sense of humour turned a terrible time into an actually fun experience!!
