Miserable company that unfortunately we had to deal with, our staff arrived, had to wait a month for them to deliver, had to call twice a day for a week and beg them to deliver, they will come with the excuse 'oh we have 200 customers to deal with' well thats not my problem, [Names removed by Sirelo] are not helpful at all, the company in Dubai (another miserable company) that send our stuff said it's room to room service, unfortunately one of them it's lying and taking our money, they really don't care, the guys who came to drop (one of them) was so lazy and making feel us that it's a favor that they where doing delivery to us, so beware of this company, terrible, our super king mattress gone missing and some of the stuff came broken with insurance but unfortunately we didn't get any compensation

[Name removed by Sirelo] (company owner/ front man) is rude and very unreliable service provider. He likes email communication , however, does not respond to basic questions like 'what is the estimated delivery date' ... resulting in more than 50 back and forth emails between him and I for a shipment Dubai-London. He's hard to reach on the phone. When he did finally confirm delivery date (and we are talking about a shipment of 40 SQFT), he emailed 15 hours earlier saying that he will not be able to deliver. After I've taken a leave day from my work expecting the delivery, [Name removed by Sirelo] screwed my whole day. When I called him he said he is waiting for a 'green light' from someone, but he did not explain what is the 'green light' and who is the the 'someone'. He also mentioned that 'maybe somebody that needs to be paid wasn't paid'. I wasn't sure if this was an indirect request for a bribe to get my stuff delivered on the stated date. Eventually, I escalated the issue to the company in Dubai and they got [Name removed by Sirelo] to deliver after 2 days.
In one of his emails, bill wrote 'I am not interested in your questions' and 'i am getting a little fed up..'. These statement came after I was inquiring with [Name removed by Sirelo] regarding an additional delivery service and asking him question to scope the service and receive a quotation.
Horrible experience, rude communication, overpriced service - would never want anyone to go through this, hence why I'm writing this review.Read more

I did not think this could ever happen. Those guys subcontracted part the move to another company and pretended that they had wrongly estimated the volume of our stuff so some of our boxes and plants had to be left midway somewhere between the two compagnies !
One month of claiming over the phone that we want out belongings delivered has not convinced them to do the job for which we paid.
So, don't use those guys who might keep some of your belongings.
