If I could have given 0 stars, I would! What they quote for and what you get, service-wise, are totally different. Not enough drivers, not enough vans, inefficient office staff (our stuff went to an address half an hour away), and so much damage to our goods that they are now trying to wrangle out of - insurance not worth the paper it is written on. Do NOT recommend. We have moved many times, including abroad twice, but this has been the worst experience ever. Very, very disappointed - and angry!

I can not recommend this company more highly. We have moved house eight times in the last fifteen years. Each time it has been the same stressful experience- so we just thought that was what moving house felt like. But this time was a COMPLETELY different experience. We booked Phillips in for this last move because they were one of the most reasonably priced. From the moment we contacted them they went above and beyond. The video survey was really simple and Shannon was really helpful and friendly. It turned out that they didn’t have availability on the day that we needed, and yet she still managed to make it work. The packing and moving was managed by Rich who is one of nicest and most efficient people. Nothing was too much effort. The whole process was genuinely stress free thanks to Rich and his team (who all individually introduced themselves and were so great with our children and dogs). We can not say a big enough Thankyou to the whole team at Philips… I’m hoping we don’t have to move again any time soon but if we do then we know who to call.Read more

Phillips were so accommodating and helped us move at short notice on the date we wanted. The team that came were amazing! They were so careful with our items to ensure everything was moved safely and worked really hard over two days to get us moved, always happy, polite and quick to help. Would definitely recommend.

We ask them with short notice then asked them to change the date and they were fantastic. We had Lee and JP and we could not fault them polite hard working and even went above and beyond. They saw that my mother would struggle to get her mobility scooter into the shed so moved the bin shed for her. We highly recommend them and would use them again ourselves. Thank you.

I used Phillips to move house in August and found them to be absolutely excellent. From the initial survey to moving day they kept in constant communication and followed up with an email to confirm. They even managed to manoeuvre my piano through a very tight space which wasn't easy! Would highly recommend.
