The Cloud 9 team completed a complicated move for my Mum from Cardiff to Northamptonshire, such a polite and helpful team, considerate and trustworthy. Even arranged rubbish removal and tidying of her old house after the move. Cannot recommend Cloud 9 team enough. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Cloud 9 made moving my furniture (including the biggest sofa ever and massive TV) into storage a completely stress free event.
They were on time, efficient, friendly, and professional. I can not fault the service they provided today.
I won't consider using anyone else when the time comes for my furniture to come out of storage

I highly recommend Cloud 9 Removals! From the outset Matt was extremely helpful and accommodating, going out of his way to fit us in at a time which was convenient. On the day of the removal job both he and his son, Jackson, were superb to deal with - friendly, businesslike, unflappable and helpful and willing to go above and beyond to do a great job (including wrestling with a too big IKEA wardrobe!). Would highly recommend Cloud 9 Removals. Matt, Mike and Rob arrived first thing in the morning to help with a house move. They were friendly, hard-working and very professional. We had so many boxes to move and also a sofa and beds, which they help take apart from re assemble. Very patient too as we had to wait hours for our keys to the new property.
Also very reasonable pricing, contacted a few other companies and Cloud 9 were the most competitive.
