Perfect experience from start to finish. Called to confirm delivery slot and availability. Well informed and knowledgeable about the product and how to operate the sofa. Clean and tidy with all rubbish taken with them.
There was an issue found but was dealt with promptly and professionally.

So impressed and grateful for them going above and beyond to get our sofa and snuggle recliner delivered.
We had been told by the salesman in the showroom that they would come in parts and our narrow hallway wouldn't be an issue. The snuggle chair was 1 big chair and they worked together to take it apart and reassemble for us in the room and cleared all the packaging. Thank you very much.

Excellent service by Cristi and Dims. Very professional. Turned up on time. Delivered sofas to two rooms. No damage to anything. Set everything up. Took all rubbish away. Would highly recommend. Lovely men too.

Firstly I have to say that I was so impressed by the politeness, kindness, and helpfulness of these two lads. I didn’t make their job very easy, as it was a super tight fit to get the corner part of the sofa into the room past the narrow hall way, and into the room. But they did it, by working together, the communication between them was on point. I really didn’t think it would fit 🙈 honestly they were such amazing lads. I can’t thank them enough. These two deserve a pay rise 110% or a lovely Christmas bonus. Thank you both so much.

Bolt were really fantastic from start to finish. The initial survey was very professional and considered. I was moving from a quite large house with 2 children and booked the packing service as well. They were so efficient at packing my entire house, and were kind and respectful. On moving day the team were excellent. I felt very comfortable around them and they were efficient and professional giving great advice. Afterwards, they have been very quick at collecting all the empty boxes and wrapping paper which is great. I would highly recommend this company.

I have never seen a team work so hard as when Luke and his colleagues moved us. Polite, friendly, engaging, professional and highly energetic; nothing whatsoever was too much trouble for them. When faced with problems that most people would give up on or walk away from, Luke and his team persisted until they found a workable solution (e.g., our bed up the spiral staircase). Julian costed the move at short notice via a video call! Excellent communication and a market-leading price which was well-worth every penny. Both vans arrived on time. They had to contend with a well known online appliance company arriving 3 hours early at our new house taking over the kitchen, plus the main road off our street being resurfaced at the same time! Use Bolt for a stress-free moving day; you’ll be so glad that you did!
