AVOID for long distance removals. We employed them to move us from Ebbw Vale, Wales to Ipswich, South East England. His workers arrived on time but they sat outside for nearly an hour before they came in to start. Because they took so long to load the vans they told us they would be storing our stuff in Cardiff, on speaking to [Name removed by Sirelo] he said there wasn't time to take our stuff to Ipswich and refused to back down, in doing so he broke the contract. It meant we would be in Ipswich and our stuff in Cardiff. A lot of expensive items went missing, including my late father's ceiling fan which I treasured and many items were broken, they seemed to treat our goods with disrespect, throwing them into the vans and the storage units. Also storage units were half empty so cost us more for more storage units.
We had to employ another company to complete the move, so ended up paying twice for the move and lost a lot of money due to the big items missing, the breakages and extra storage in Cardiff.
