A big (to us!) move from Cheshire to the far north of Scotland caused us concerns which were very quickly dispelled on Britannia’s first call to assess the job.
This left us feeling confident about the process and their advice was extremely helpful.
Moving out and then moving in over two days all went smoothly. Our belongings were treated with respect and staff were friendly, highly efficient and completely professional.
Our job reference was 128739 and we have no hesitation in recommending Britannia.

I can't fault Brittainia Cestrian who, from quote to the delivery to my new house across country have given a first class service. A three day move that went without a hitch and delivery men that were professional, hard-working , considerate and friendly . Jordan was always happy to answer queries promptly and keep me updated at every stage of the move. Highly recommended.

Straight forward process for removals, storage and then delivery to our new house. Amanda and Derek were very helpful and explained everything I needed to know. Thank you!

Terrible service for the money they charge. My fragile items were just loosely wrapped in paper, with no bubble wrap and were damaged. Communication was appalling between the crews. The crew that came to move the items had no idea that they needed to pack items. I was expected to unpack boxes so that they could re use them, which wasn’t possible as I’m disabled. I have contacted Jordan with my concerns and not received a response. I won’t be using them again.
