Acorn Removals we’re very efficient from the start, came to quote for the work and I had a price back the same day. The office kept in touch to make sure they could accommodate any changes of date if necessary and moved our moving day with no hassle.
When the removal men turned up on the day they were really friendly and made sure they knew what they were doing with all the different items they had to move. They were fast, careful and efficient. Many thanks to Sam, John and his team for our move on the 31st Jan.

We used this company when we moved home. I specifically asked them to take furniture through the large doors at the back of the house because the front door is tight. They moved items through the front and have knocked plaster off the front of the house. Multiple items that they were paid to take apart and re-assemble have been broken including a large wardrobe and my daughter’s desk. Items that were only a few months old at the time. Contacted the company to complain and their response was that they had no record of the move. This is because they asked me to pay cash. I have emails to prove this and they have still refused to accept responsibility. We had two men moving our items on the day and one of them said the other was new that week and had been absolutely useless. Disgraceful.

The team at Acorn are amazing. I had a last minute move and they were incredible in helping.me. From Sam who made all of the arrangements to the guys who completed my move, nothing was too much trouble and they did a fantastic job. Couldn't recommend them highly enough.

We have just used Acorn Removals and i will happily recommend them to anyone! Sam was great when i organised the move with her, she understood that we were expecting a baby around the same time as our move and were fully willing to move our moving date with no fuss and no charges etc. Sam also arranged to have 20 boxes dropped off to us to use a couple of weeks before, again with no additional charge. Two men showed up on time, very friendly & professional and they finished the job a lot earlier than i expected. If they had to take furniture apart to fit through doors/up stairways etc they put it all together again. Super value for money when compared to quotes i received elsewhere. Thank you Sam & the team, you took away a lot of stress for us.
