I called the company at 8:45am in the morning on the off chance that they could assist with an office move that morning. Without hesitation they checked and were able to accommodate my request. When taking payment they noted that I was on a train and suggested that I call from a more secure location to provide them with credit card information. Thoughtful, helpful service.
The gents that turned up were helpful and thorough and took care to mark the boxes. I also required storage at the last minute and they took the boxes off to their storage facility without any problems. Fantastic service and highly recommended.

Moved from my flat in Cardiff into storage. The staff were easy to deal with from the outset and provided me with a competitive quote out of the firms I made enquiries with. [names removed by Sirelo], the two guys who came on the day, were really efficient and got everything out of the flat and onto the van much quicker than I expected, which was a huge relief for me given I had a tight deadline to get everything done. Definitely helped take some of the stress out of the situation.

Absolutely brilliant service from start to the end. [name removed by Sirelo] was willing to listen and adapt to our obstacles, priced competitively and made the whole process very simple. The removal team on were fantastic too. Competent, well mannered and fast working. We had them over to pack on day 1, load the vans day 2 and unload the vans day 3, all with a seamless and punctual process. With all the stress involved in moving, they really did help alleviate it from this part of the process. If I am ever daft enough to move again I would not hesitate to use this company again

The worst experience ever of a removal company. I have moved more than 6 times. Never had these problems before. I took out insurance but was told I wasn’t insured when I asked for a claim form. Requests for documentation ignored. Information Commissioners complaint upheld and instruction ignored to date. I was abused and bullied when I tried to complain.
My goods were in storage for over 4 years. Their claims as to state of the art storage are unsubstantiated to my detriment. Charges extortionate. Staff incompetent and abusive. When you report a problem emails ignored. Their advice in respect of moving abroad was totally false. Reported to BAR as others have done. BAR code of conduct adherence zero. There are many other removal companies. I wish I’d chosen any of them. There are other similar reviews if you search. Positive reviews look false. Avoid.

My wife is unwell and we need to use a house mover who could offer us a little more support then the average. I have usually paid extra for this in the past. But in Nightingale’s we found all the extra services, packing, dismantling and disposal of items, at a far lower cost than we have paid before. Thank you Nightingale’s for taking good care of us and our belongings.
