On the basis of first impressions, I chose Plain Sailing over competing quotes, and it proved a wise move. The team showed up on the day, and got stuck in without delay. Apart from being friendly, and concious of handling/packing your property carefully, they clearly knew what they were doing - evident when they moved a tall American fridge/freezer. When it came to unloading at out new home they could not do enough. If we move again, I will not hesitate to call Plain Sailing.

Plain Sailing were just brilliant throughout the whole process.
Booking in with Louise was nice and easy, we had moved our date a few times due to our completion date changing, Louise accommodated us without any stress.
The chaps turned up on time, we're all very friendly and seamlessly had us loaded / unloaded with no problems whatsoever. They were also very patient with our 30 or so pots from the back garden.
We used their dismantle / rebuild service too which was great and very handy.
Don't go anywhere else, give these guys a call, you will not be disappointed!

What a great company. They arrived on time, nothing was too much trouble. They worked fast but they were careful with our possessions. The weather was awful, and it was a very long day, but the team were cheerful and friendly the whole way through. They clearly enjoy working together, which made for a great, organised team. I would certainly recommend them, and use them again

Excellent service from the start with Louise, who could not be more accommodating and helpful with expected dates and changes. The guys worked their socks off on the day, moving us in the torrential rain. Lovely friendly team, everything arrived in one piece and to the correct rooms. Would highly recommend this company.

It has been a seamless journey from the beginning to the end. Just moved in 2 days ago out of storage with Plain Sailing. Our first instincts were correct. Calm reassurance, expert help to make decisions, through to the actual day of moving, storage and final move to my new home. From Danny (the owner), to Louise in the office manning it all, to Matt and the boys who helped move us, it has been professional and easy. Definately recommend and would use Plain Sailing again.
