A large removal van with the logo of this firm opened their tail gate onto my fence post.
I contacted the office and spoke to a nice lady who said the MD would look at this. It has been 4 weeks.
No acknowledgement, no apology and no offer to put any damage right.

Great service from start to finish!!
We had an office move and were supported by the friendly and helpful team right from the initial quote/survey through to and including the actual move - great communication all the way throughout. Would highly recommend for a stress free move!!

Had a great experience with Burton & Smith. The process of booking was very smooth as was the actual move. The guys who handled our move were really professional and managed to handle everything really quickly. We had a slight issue with a lift but they handled it really well and I was really happy with everything.

An excellent service! Hayley and Chris were so easy to deal with and responded very quickly to any question we asked. Everything went like clockwork and what could have been a stressful office move was smooth and painless. We are very pleased to have been recommended to use them and are happy to pass that same recommendation on to you.

Great service and great communication throughout. Competitive quote to support us with a tricky move including some high value items. Executed really well. Move Manager was great too. Would not hesitate to use again.

My advice - avoid unless you really dont care for the stuff you are moving. Glad others had a positive experience but it certainly wasnt ours. Advice - get a solicitor to read small print for you, I was offered 40.00 for a marble table that was worth over 3000.00 and was totally smashed by removal men, no apology no responsibility taken. Ignore website information - no moving manager, no stair covering, no respect for individuals or their property - my experience was the worst I have had, my whole family watched incompetence in team working - more suitable for a sad sitcom than a professional company.
