This was my second experience with Kenneth Hayton Removals as I was so impressed with the service. Removers are punctual, hard working and tackle every obstacle to find solutions. Friendly, helpful staff.

KHR were absolutely marvellous in helping me transport a piano and pew from a storage facility in Edinburgh. Right before Christmas too!. I cannot praise them highly enough, they just simply took care of everything. The items were delivered with such care by a very professional and friendly crew. As if that wasn’t enough, their delivery costs were so very competitively priced. The service, second to none. I would definitely use them again without hesitation.

My son needed to book at short notice, and luckily they could accommodate us. 2 guys, very pleasant, very helpful. Arrived on time. Worked extremely hard and got the move done smoothly and efficiently. Made the move less stressful.

While the guys that turned up to pack and move us were really helpful, the company completely misjudged the time needed for the job. I ended up having to help and more staff were called in late in the day to make sure our buyers could get in to house in late afternoon. By the time we arrived at new home, everyone was desperate to get finished which meant boxes were being put anywhere and everywhere. Inevitably a few items were broken or damaged but we were all past the point of caring by then. We don’t blame the staff as they worked for 11 hours with very few breaks.

Really exceptional service from KHR. Friendly staff who cleared our house really quickly and then delivered to our new house the next day.
