This company moved us from rural Ripon back to county Durham the three men sent to us were very helpful and courteous, nothing was too much trouble they took all the stress out of the move cannot recommend them enough would not hesitate to use them again
We have recently moved again and did not hesitate to use Nelsons once more.Cannot praise this company enough Clayton and his team were brilliant throughout the move,great care was taken with all of our belongings no damage to any of the paintwork in either the house we were leaving or our new house the team remained cheerful polite and helpful throughout would not hesitate to recommend Nelsons

No care taken when moving good, fridge got damaged during transit. When speaking to them about they denied any knowledge said I was clearly lying about it. Discusiting service would never recommend. In response we did sign the form because we didn't discover the damage they had done untill after they had left. We raised the concern straight away as it says we can on the form. And now they're claiming I'm lying about being called a lier. Just an untrustworthy company all round

They seemed really great, until they just stoped responding to my emails. When I called them they said they were booked up until august, despite having already told me my moving date would be fine. Don’t bother with this company, massive let down.
Edit: this response from the company is dishonest. I sent them a response, and after not hearing back for a matter of days, I sent another. I still did not get a response from them.
