Had a fantastic experience from start to finish! Gordon and Dave were incredibly polite and friendly, handling all of my belongings with great care and attention while working quickly and efficiently. James was also on hand in case any issues came up, although everything went smoothly from beginning to end.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Oceanair to anyone planning a move. They made the whole experience completely stress-free and gave me the chance to focus on settling into my new home.

I had the pleasure of meeting James Hooper of Oceanair International when Citrus Relocation referred him to us for our move from the US to the UK.
I had a few bad experiences with moving companies and was used to doing our family moves on my own.
But this was a move to another country with customs laws, etc. and I needed someone who knew the laws, and would navigate the legality of it all, remove the stress, and get our family treasures to the other side of the pond safely.
I sent an email to James with my concerns, fears, and anxieties with movers, and he quickly wrote back with an outline of how he would plan our move, and that he would personally be involved from beginning to end.
He could not have been more kind, compassionate and prepared. He knew what needed to get done, and he was ready to move forward.
He assured me that anyone that came into my home would be respectful, kind, as well as professional, and hard working.
Our move took a lot of turns. There was a lot of stress no one could have predicted or planned for.
We all had to be patient as we started with one shipping / moving date and had to move it three times.
This caused some problems for all of us with regards to navigating time frames, moving teams, flights, etc., but James never complained, he always took care of it without hesitation.
Finally, on moving day, a team of guys came in prepared and ready to work. They were funny, communicative, kind, respectful, and we had a great time chatting with them while they packed up our house.
Our experience with Oceanair International was top notch.
We received high-quality treatment, and I knew without a shadow of a doubt that as long as James was in charge, this move was going to happen efficiently and on schedule.
Our belongings arrived when expected.
We only shipped a few pieces of furniture, but the rest of the boxes were filled with treasures, memorabilia, and things that you cannot put a price tag on.
We were concerned because they were crossing an ocean, so we expected wetness, and potential mold, etc.
Everything arrived in great shape!
Not one item was broken. No mold, no stinky smell, no damaged boxes. Everything was well packed, and it was the perfect end to this crazy move.
I cannot thank James, and Isa (who was his contact in America) for handling this for us. You guys really came through for us when the stress was high, and I was losing my mind.
I recommend James and his team 100% and although I have no plans of doing another international move, if I had to, I would not hesitate to give him a call and put him in charge!
