Fast Track moved my southeast London flat's contents into storage, kept it safe and sound, then moved it all to my new home in East London 3 months later. They did a brilliant job all-round.
On the pickup they expertly handled me having a bit too much furniture, somehow fitting everything into the van. On the dropoff they were incredibly efficient, unloading really quickly and smoothly despite having had all sorts of transport chaos earlier in the day. Nothing damaged, everything moved to whatever rooms we asked without a hitch.
They also gave an extremely competitive quote - especially on the storage.

FTS provided a brilliant service for us even though we booked last minute. Shereen was incredibly helpful and made the whole process so easy, after looking through many other services that were much more expensive and complex.. this was by far the best service, with brilliant pricing, professionalism and support. Shereen called after to ensure the move went smoothly and provide further support if necessary. The driver illy was also really helpful and made the move fast and easy. Would 100% recommend and have saved them to use the service again soon!

What a professional company. Excellent service. This company handle all my items with great care and also was very flexible with me changing my date and time at the last minute.
If you want your items to be removed in a safe manner and transported safely. This is the company for the job.
Also the manager Shereen was amazing with me over the phone. She constantly reassured me that my moving home will be a easy transition. I was so concerned about me moving homes. But she was amazing!

We were incredibly impressed with the service from fast track services. After a last minute request (on a bank holiday Monday!) for a huge one piece table to be moved into our flat, we were swiftly provided with a quote and confirmation that it would be possible to have the help with the short 24 hour notice we gave.
The movers were polite, on time and professional. Fast track were also able to help us remove the table from the crate (which the table delivery company didn’t do)and swiftly quoted to dispose of the crate (which we hadn’t even thought about until it was left outside of our building).
Really thrilled with the service and helped us out of what could have been multiple tricky situations. Couldn’t recommend more! Thank you!

My sofa was delivered by 1 company @2pm who refused to carry to my floor as it didn't fit in the lift.
I called FTS @14:06 panicking, not knowing what to do & if they could help me.
Shereen asked me to send over required measurements etc which I did & nervously waited. She got back to me & told me it could be done. I was so elated and relived.
As soon as the team got to mine around 19:25 they went straight to work and used their brain and brawn to get my sofa up to the 7th floor. They had already had a long day as they were at a booking just before so Shereen had worked her magic to get it to happen on the same day. Despite all of that the team were friendly and put me at total ease knowing my sofa was in good hands. Before 8pm my sofa was in my flat & the team were long gone.
I have them booked for another moving job coming up and already know it will all fine (especially as the lift can be used).
Shereen even called after to make sure it went all ok. Talk about a personal touch, I honestly felt appreciated as a customer.
I would like to say a special thank you to Fast Track Services as you have helped me in such a way words can't even comprehend.
I've already started telling people about how great you are and I would definitely recommend you to anyone without hesitation.
