On the day of the move Shaun called me to say he and Michael were on their way and they arrived on time as agreed. The guys were super efficient, professional and helpful. They packed so efficiently and managed carrying so many heavy objects down 2 flights of stairs. They were very careful with my treasured goods and packed the truck so neatly. I was surprised how much they could fit into the truck. Everything was packed within 2hrs and I signed the inventory list and my stuff went off to storage. Will request them again when I moved into my new property in a few weeks.

Only two people were sent which was probably not enough as my partner and I had to help with a lot of the lifting, otherwise we’d have run the risk of having to pay overtime fees.
Jack and Shane however were fantastic. Friendly, professional and very courteous at all times despite a very tiring full day of lifting large and heavy items. Some very impressive Tetris - like loading on the van too!
Will definitely use again.
Blocked entrance to the flat by parking on the pavement.
For someone with invisible disability with a parcel in my hand was difficult to get into my own flat. And when I have mentioned that it’s obstructing the entrance. I was asked how is that affecting me as if it wasn’t obvious to the driver!
Edit: After your response on here. I called customer service and asked for the owner who replied to my complaint. Jo has taken my call and exact details were exchanged. Sincere apologies from Jo and words will be spoken with staff. This made me upgrade this review from 1⭐️ to 3 stars. Well done to the management team for such a quick respond and resolution to this issue.
