The entire process from quote, to booking, to pick up, to payment and delivery was very smooth and timely as well. It is just that fragile items have to be securely packaged by us else they stand a chance for damage surely.

5 Star Positive Feed back for Aliza Chaudhry - Sales Support - ref DTDC Courier & Cargo UK Ltd. who significantly help in making sure that my envelope reaches to destination on time.
I booked the Envelope weight 2 kg to deliver urgently to India via DPD online UK. My envelope had printed forms and utilities bills all documents only. Yes envelope was delayed due to Customs in UK/India even though envelope only had document which is exempt from KYC requirement.
Luckily some how I managed to find on the google about DTDC and next day I contacted the DTDC customer service and my call was picked by ALIZA Chaudhry and I told my difficulties and explained her in detail about envelope material and how important it is. She immediately contacted department India and by exception sorted the customs issue in UK/India. She kept me informed as well that it will be cleared. Luckily next day all customs cleared and parcel was on it way for final destination. It reached destination on Sunday and Monday I contacted ALIZA Chaudhry again and requested her make a request to her contact in India to deliver the envelope. She did it immediately and confirmed to me by saying that it will be delivered on time. The Envelope reached the destination on time and tracker was updated as well. BIG THANK YOU TO 'ALIZA CHAUDHRY' OF DTDC who help me with this. DPD booked the parcel but DTDC help me lot and handle the this matter smoothly.Read more

Worst service I have ever experienced. I lost my 16kg parcel from India to the UK, and it contains expensive belongings too. It takes around 1 month and they updated it was missing. Now they are not ready to give compensation and did not respond to the calls properly and always gave lame excuses.
