Very good service. Because of this service, my journey to India became a complete disaster. I was told that my courier would reach on time, but it did not. I have already arrived in India, yet my courier is still lying at home.
I specifically told them to collect the parcel, but they were very quick to take the money and failed to do the collection. Because of this “great” DTD service, I would like to suggest to everyone: if you want to ruin your parcel, join this service.
Now what are we supposed to do without the parcel? After they finally collect it, they will take another 10 days, and by the time it reaches, it will already be time for us to return.
Thank you so much for this greatest service. And honestly, those 5-star reviews look like they were written by the company’s own staff.

Very disappointed with DTDC service. When I booked my shipment, I was clearly informed that delivery would take 7–8 working days, but it has now been 11 working days and still there is no proper update on my parcel. The customer support team is not giving me any clear information and it feels like my parcel is missing.
This delay has caused me serious inconvenience and frustration.

Send my goods from London to Delhi, India and it was super quick. It almost took just 5 days from door to door (for surprise it was a regular service and not a premium one). Thanks to Aliza Chaudhary who has been so helpful and cooperative during the whole process. Ps. I have been using dtdc to bring personal goods to Uk and send them back, it was with no trouble anytime.
