Very disappointing experience
Unfortunately, we cannot recommend Jones Moves. We paid 100% of the quoted price upfront, but the job was left unfinished and the house was only half cleared.
It has now been three and a half days since the move, and we have heard absolutely nothing from Rosie despite contacting her via the WhatsApp group, by phone and by email. There has been no explanation, update or attempt to resolve the situation.
We have subsequently had to arrange additional movers at considerable extra cost to finish the job that we had already paid for.
Moving house is stressful enough without being left with half your belongings still to move and no communication from the company you have paid to do the job. The lack of communication has been particularly disappointing.
I would strongly recommend making sure the job is fully completed before making any final payment.

Overall Jonesmoves was a great experience. From the beginning Rosie arranged the move with impressive efficiency and flexibility. On both days the team were on time, fully prepared and highly skilled at their job. There was at times a slight issue with communication, so keen were they to got the job done as quickly as possible. However they were always polite and courteous and dealt with any practical challenges very skilfully. Nothing was damaged at all in the process and the move was smooth and successful. Thank you Rosie and the boys!

We had an excellent experience using Jonesmoves Ltd to move my dad out of his house to his new one. Rosie in the office was very helpful and friendly. The team who came to carry out the removal were excellent, efficient and professional. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again.

I rarely have the motivation to review something online... but I was so impressed with JonesMoves.
Knowing that we could trust the removals company to get on with the job on moving day really took the stress out of it for us.
Everything about the process, from start to finish was professional, clear, and friendly. The three guys who came to move us to our new house were knowledgable, courteous, and amazingly efficient.
They turned up at our flat just before 8am, moved us 50 miles, and we were done and dusted on the other end by 11.30am. Everything was transported with care and speed.
We will be recommending JonesMoves to all our London/SE friends!

We used Jonesmoves earlier this month (for the second time!) for our move from Whitton to Basingstoke. Everything was stress free and thorough from the initial enquiry with Rosie to the move day itself. The removals team are very friendly and professional so we felt in safe hands! The move day itself was well executed, and the guys kindly disassembled and reassembled a few pieces of furniture for us. We would 100% use Jonesmoves again, and would recommend to anyone making a house move :)

Before our move in SW London, we went out to 4 moving companies for quotes.
Jones Moves were the most flexible with dates, most competitive commercially and the easiest to get hold of pre-move. As such I chose Jones Moves.
During the move they provided a first-class service, with speed and precision to make light work of all the 'heavy lifting' ... excuse the pun.
Great value and superb service. I would 100% go with Jones Moves for any future moves - 5 stars!
