Customer service is very good. I always knew what the next step was. The truck arrived on time for pickup, as did the unloading day. Everything was well taken care of. Very professional people.They fulfilled everything agreed upon. I recommend them 100%.

We had a great move with JCL. [Name removed by Sirelo] was very helpful and professional the whole way through from initial contact right through to delivery, including organising an earlier removal when we realised at late notice a public holiday. Highly recommend and would definitely use again.

Great experience overall. Driver was great and there were no breakages and items arrived in good time. He was very good at helping get the stuff into the van. Loading and unloading took about a hour each time. Good communication with the office and I was happy with price.
My only con was we were given a 4 hour window of arrival 2 days before leaving which was still very wide and made it hard to book our travel. We only knew the driver arrival time a hour before him he came and that was a hour slot as it was traffic dependent.
