Really great experience moving with Rapid Removals & Collections. Andy and Helio were really nice and accommodating, and Lindsay was extremely helpful throughout. We had quite a tight budget, and I really appreciated how Lindsay and Andy and Helio helped us keep our costs down. I would highly recommend them - very trustworthy and they kept the experience stress free. :-)

Thank you Rapid Removals so much for making our move seamless and stress-free! We were moving to another city and were blown away by the exceptional service and attention to details. It was super easy to book and priced fairly. All fragile items were wrapped and boxed up with the time frame was quoted.
What stood out was the brilliant communication and updates throughout the process. Thank you Lindsay! And thank you to the incredibly friendly staff, Cip, Andru and Helio! You are absolutely incredible! Your constant big smiles and positive energy made the 10 hour moving experience unforgettable. Never thought moving could be enjoyable but you made all the difference!

Excellent service - from the start, Lindsay was very helpful and always answered my questions. When it came to the moving day, Andrei and Helio were a great team, managing to work very quickly whilst ensuring all our furniture was delivered in damaged. I would definitely use this company again in the future!

I don't often take the time to write reviews, but I was impressed by the quality of service that I felt I should. The company name couldn't be more appropriately chosen. After some stressful packing, it was a joy to work with Andrei and Chip, who were extremely fast, considerate and upbeat – despite the fact that we were moving from a third floor to a fourth floor without a lift. It was well worth spending money on this professional service.

We have just moved for the second time using Rapid Removals & Collections, and both times have been equally impressed with the quality of service. In the lead up to moving day, all communications received were clear and informative and it was easy to schedule a slot on our preferred day. On the day itself, the moving team were processional, friendly and clearly very experienced at their job (with no damage done to any of our delicate items). They were also transparent about matters impacting their pricing (e.g. expected road toll charges). I would highly recommend using Rapid Removals & Collections if you want to de-stress the inherently stressful process that is moving into a new home – you won’t regret it!

The team were extremely efficient, very helpful very polite and a joy to be with. Chip was one of the men and he was so kind, extremely well organised and worked incredibly hard. He lead his team perfectly. I would highly highly recommend this moving company.
Additionally, Lindsay, who did all the administration and arrangements, could not have been more helpful. Her communication skills were excellent. She checked in every step of the way, answered all my questions and ran a very, very smooth ship.
