During 2023/2024 we moved from Goxhill to South Wales and it's no exaggeration to say that if it wasn't for Andy and the entire team at Goodwins I'd probably have had a nervous breakdown!
From the very first point of contact, home visit and through the entire process Goodwins were the only rock solid ship of common sense in a sea of madness. Solicitors, agents and others changing their minds, changing dates, changing requirements. It was remarkably stressful. Each and every time I contacted Andy or the team they were incredible and came up with a solution, nothing was too much trouble and they went out of their way to help.
We used Goodwins storage service and moved to temporary accommodation In Pembrokeshire. After buying a new home, Goodwins helped no end with arrangements to deliver our belongings down to Wales. Through the whole move, Andy, the office staff and the guys that moved all our stuff were absolutely fantastic. Genuinely, one of the most professional, customer focussed companies I've ever experienced. They were so good it's almost a shame that we're not moving again (only kidding!)

Absolutely fantastic service from Goodwins, from initial communication and quotes through to the removal day and the subsequent unloading of our items after a week in storage. We relocated from Somerset to the area and received a first-class service. Would highly recommend.

Goodwins are a totally professional company ... punctual, efficient, excellent packing skills and no damage. Moving is always fraught with concern but Goodwins make it easy ... and with good humour and banter in with the package. Your belongings are in good hands, the lads are brilliant and orchestrated well by Andy. Well done guys.

Cannot recommend this company enough. They moved us across the world and made it all so stress free and relaxed. The price Andy gave us was fair and his crew packed, stored until shipping was arranged perfectly. They handled everything at this end too, delivery and unloading was all arranged for us and we couldn't be happier with the service we received. Thank you Andy and your whole crew.

Thank you Tyler and Adam. Very professional move from dealings with the office through to finally moving in this week. Moved out over a year ago and half my house contents have been in storage with them since then. Everyone has been friendly, helpful and efficient.

I cannot recommend this company enough! Paul and Sean were like whirlwinds packing. They packed excellently and carefully (& we had a lot of stuff!), they were courteous and also fun! Blayne and Jez who worked on loading/unloading were so respectful, extra helpful and personable on this overnight, out of county move - working so hard it was admirable. In fact I want to extend a massive thank you to all these guys who worked tirelessly in hot weather, not once complaining. They all had an upbeat personality with a great 'can do' attitude. They made a difficult, emotional and stressful move so much more palatable and successful and I was very impressed and most grateful. Thank you Goodwins!
