Used Kings removals for our house move recently.
Entire process from survey through to move was excellent.
Even in the scorching heat, the team (Tom, Joe, John) on the day were superb.
Thanks to the whole team at Kings for making the day as stress free as possible!

I use this company regularly for business, but their handling of a lost pallet from 23rd March has been a disaster. After losing a unique item, the depot provided false guarantees for a week that the goods were located—only to later admit they had mistaken a white car bonnet for my grey door. This misinformation directly caused me to lose a sale and refund my customer in full.
The office conduct is even worse. During a high-stakes call to resolve this, a staff member put me on hold and simply left the office because her shift ended at 3 PM. I was left waiting on a silent line for over 15 minutes, only to find out when I called back that she had just gone home without a word.
To be lied to about the status of an item is bad enough, but to be abandoned on a live call because an employee is watching the clock is a total failure of management. While I am forced to continue using their services for now, I would warn any business owner that their 'tracking updates' cannot be trusted and their customer service is non-existent.Read more

They provided a quote of £1799, then took ages to reply to my follow up questions. After more than a week of not replying they apologised for getting the original quote wrong and that the cost was now £3799, plus an additional 'fuel surcharge'. Unfortunately we had put off a couple of other companies and now have far less time to arrange the impending move.

Hi David I called up just now to make a serious complain with one of your drivers. Number plate EK73 FKT fleet number I presume is KO27. And his driving wow is atrocious he was tailgating car including myself and a woman infront of me which both cars had kids. He so so close to me number I couldn’t see his lights nor number plate. Now bare in like he’s in a 45ton lorry and I’m in a little hatchback. It happened on the a216 leading onto the a13. If you have a dash cam which I think you would have for safety I highly recommend you review it as you will be shocked. It was around 11am today that this occurred. With the tailgating and excessive speeding on the A13 he is not setting a good example for your transporting company as a professional driver. And when I finally got his attention he proceeded to give me the middle finger.

The removers worked so hard in 30 degrees heat - they were very polite , were careful with all the belongings , made us laugh a lot on a stressful day and nothing was too much trouble and when some of the furniture wasn’t gonna fit they took it with them and arranged storage -absolutely brilliant
