This must be the worth company in the world. I had arrangements for them to arrange collections from Staines and take to Turin and then return. The system of preparing the luggage labels was unwieldy and unfriendly. It tried to communicate to get help. The first time they rang me 3 1/2 hours after I had rung them and left a message. On the second time I needed help I telephoned twice on a Sunday, sent an e-mail and no response. The following day I telephoned twice and e-mailed again. 48 hours later I have still not had a response. I cancelled the collection via Great Rail and two hours later First luggage sent an e-mail confirming the pick up the following day. They should have known that I did not have labels for my luggage. First Luggage are the approved courier for Great Rail. I would not let First Luggage deal with any of my property. They are awful!!!!
