From the initial visit to assess what our removal needs were, to the final box being placed where we wanted it in our new home, In-Excess provided first class service. Everyone we spoke to was friendly, well-informed and extremely helpful. The packing and removal teams were excellent - they provided everything needed to pack and move our belongings safely, and worked incredibly efficiently. This company exceeded our expectations for customer service, and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking to minimse the stress of moving house.

We had a great experience with the whole team. Shenda did a very effective video estimate.Everyone was courteous and very knowledgeable. Despite it being a very busy time for removals and not exchanging until 6 days before we moved, they managed to accommodate us. We can’t recommend them highly enough. A special thanks to Chris, Jamie & their team for their amazing work ethic, skill and humour.

Great experience from the first visit with Steve, the team in Hemel, and with Gareth and the team for our removals. We had a lot of stuff to move across the country, In-Excess were knowledgeable, flexible and great value for the high level of service they provided. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

We used this company when my mum moved home both as removals and clearance.
We will be using them again on Weds and we know they won't let us down.
Cannot fault the girls on the phone and their kindness and understanding at a stressful time and the hard work of the clearers.

Steve has been amazing from the start, all his staff have been helpful and polite, I moved from hemel to kings langley and the guys who moved me worked so hard and made my move a breeze , price was reasonable and would definitely recommend

So glad I picked up the phone and spoke to Shenda and Louise at In-Excess. They kept me up to date with their availability and they were so reassuring about the process while I was panicking about the shorter and shorter turnaround.
I felt like part of the family by the time I called on the Wednesday afternoon to finally confirm we had exchanged and they were so so excited for me....even though we were moving that Friday!
On the day, I've never seen 3 people work so hard and was so impressed by their work ethic (it was a rather warm day and they got everything loaded and unloaded without issue).
Also, small things like being able to collect and return/re-use the boxes and packing stuff took extra stress off when you don't need another thing to worry about.
Highly recommended - give them a call
