Worst customer service ever. They shipped my package but gave the wrong airport for delivery. Then ignored me for an entire week and never properly responded.
I spent a whole day running between airports trying to locate my shipment. In the end, I had to pay an additional $150 just to receive it.
Do not use this company. It’s better to pay more and choose a reputable company that respects you as a customer and values your time, money, and feedback.
