Fake reviews. Don’t trust them.
Worst customer service ever. They shipped my package but gave the wrong airport for delivery. Then ignored me for an entire week and never properly responded.
I spent a whole day running between airports trying to locate my shipment. In the end, I had to pay an additional $150 just to receive it.
Do not use this company. It’s better to pay more and choose a reputable company that respects you as a customer and values your time, money, and feedback.

Worst experience ever. I moved countries and shipped my things, initially I was told that they will deliver to my door, however in the end I needed to do cargo clearance with customs and pick up of it from the cargo storage myself ! When I approached them about it they hung up into my face and got super rude saying that door to door delivery would be an additional £350 whilst initially they said it was included.

Genuinely absolutely atrocious service I 100% do not recommend. They turned a two hour journey which was unnecessary because they couldn't take my method of payment into a five hour journey. My business will definitely be going elsewhere.
