This company finds ways to cheat customers and charge more prices. Initially delivered 100 meters wardrobe boxes to attempt to get away with 120 meter ones as ordered, which they did for over a decade to fool customers as so. Changing a date of moving would be changed transportation costs and worker labours of £299, which nobody came to work due to rescheduling. Sending a van with less space available than quoted volume with triple sharing with other families but wrapped more volume on items to exceed a lot more than quoted volume, so they took only half of the stuff away, then they attempted to double charge me if continuing on with also more than doubled volume as originally quoted but actually having less than over 1/3 of exaggerated volume. If quitting to ask another moving company to help moving, they wanted to charge me half of the original quoted whole amount of stuff moving from UK to China, but now only half stuff was collected uselessly from Cambridge to only another place out of London in UK for nearly £2600. Unreasonable items would be added for charging more. Wholesale wardrobe boxes and materials would be charged doubled or even more than retailed prices. Every item is greedy of charging more. Two workers’ labours of 3 hours were charged £1500, which is £250 per hour per person. This is an outrageous company to cheat on customers for huge money. Certainly stay away from such fraud company!! The representatives are named [names removed by Sirelo]. The complaint path was controlled by a lady’s surname [name removed by Sirelo] but their complaint path’s phone conversations could be listened by the wrong doing representatives to interfere/manipulate and [name removed by Sirelo] would blindly let the representatives charge whatever they want.
