I had an amazing experience with the office, leading up to our move, dealing with a lovely lady called Chloe and others when I popped in to grab packing bits. I had absolutely no doubt my move was going to be seamless. Boy was I wrong, the two men showed up in the morning, greeted by bacon rolls and coffees, and to all of us being super helpful, we carried all the boxes already downstairs so they didn’t have to carry them down, we had brought as much as we could down ourselves to make it as seamless as possible. They moaned from the second they arrived that we had more stuff than had been quoted for, and that it wouldn’t all fit on the vans, to which I said “well don’t worry we can see what we can get done and do a second run if we have to” and he said no you were quoted for the size of vans not for the amount of runs, and basically from the get go, said he wouldn’t do two runs. The entire day, he was miserable, and all he and his partner did was take breaks. We had a team of 8 of us that work for us regularly who were all absolutely gobsmacked by the amount of breaks they took, and how incredibly and clearly deliberately slow they were. In the time it took them to load two vans, and unload them, our team had loaded and unloaded 4 van fulls, as well as done 12 trips back and forth to our old house. They were clearly stalling to do less work and drag it out as long as possible. Everytime they went back into the van, they would sit down and vape and chat, rather than just cracking on. I am truly shocked by the behaviour I experienced today, it totally ruined a day that should be exciting for us buying a new house, because I was so upset by how awful they were and how much slack we had to pick up for them. We have had to move so much more ourselves purely because they were so lazy and clearly thought they would just get away with it because I was so kind to them. I was charged over £1200, for two van loads, to be loaded and unloaded, without having to get any boxes from upstairs, dismantle any furniture etc, nothing. Disgraceful.Read more

Absolutely superb experience, Daniel and his team worked tirelessly, and in very good humour for 2 full days, despite driving rain all through the second day. They were meticulous and careful, continuously consulting to ensure that everything was done how we wanted it. Strongly recommend

I would highly recommend Cotswold Carriers if you want a professional, friendly local removal company. They offer good value and the communication pre move and on the day was smooth and efficient.

Cotswold Carriers were fab with a recent move for family members. Dealings with all the staff were great, including Chris, Dan and Ajay. Nothing was too much trouble, even with tricky access, they took it all in their stride with no complaints in sight!

This removal company is amazing. Nothing was too much trouble, poor access on both the properties moving from /to didn't phase them at all. Particular thanks to Chris, Dan and AJ for the actual move itself.

These carriers are ‘the best’. They did a fantastic job packing, transporting and unpacking for our move . After46 years there was a lot but they took it in their stride. The men worked really hard, were always cheerful and helpful - so reassuring. I can’t recommend them too highly.
