During the sales call, they mentioned that a few bottles of alcohol can be packed to my country of destination and even quoted that in the inventory sales order. And the packers on that day, refused to have that packed, left it out for me to sort out some real expensive bottles of liquor.
I had the house packed on the 14/7. Airfrieght did not leave the country till 31/7. I have not seen a slower cargo leaving the country on Air and was blatantly told that it was they earlies flight that could get me. The last time I sent boxes to Singapore, it took less than a week to arrive. So when the boxes left on the 31/7 out of London, it wasn't a direct flight. It stopped over at Azerbanjian over the weekend and only arrived Signapore on the 5/8. I am still waiting for my boxes, living with minimum clothings and have not PC to work off from. I hope the sea freight will have less issue. But so far my experiece with Jason Mason hasn't been posititive at all.Read more

[Name removed by Sirelo] gave excellent service and were the lowest quoted price from 6 collected quotes.
The move coordinator performed very thorough follow-up, calling me regularly prior to the move and on each of the moving days.
The team were very conscientous, and so without instructions from us, they sequenced the multi-day removal so that we had as much comfort as possible (i.e. leaving beds and enough seating unpacked, leaving the packing of kids toys and cups and kettles until the last minute). They were the (joint) quickest removal team that we have seen, in terms of deconstructing, packing and moving furniture.
