5 stars don't seem like enough. Our recent move with KnightMovers was the best experience it could possibly have been. Anyone who has sold / bought a house and moved, will know what a stressful experience it can be ... Knightmovers part in it was, for us, the easiest and most pleasant bit. From the office staff, who were so kind and helpful (Sharon was so lovely. I spoke to another who was also really nice, but don't remember her name) to the visit for a quote, to the packers and movers on the day itself, nobody could have done more or worked harder to make the move not only possible, but without stress or difficulty.
None of our proposed arrangements phased them; from access difficulties, meaning they had to use 3 smaller lorries instead of 1 big one, to arranging that our fish tank was the first thing set up in the new house so that Brian shubunkin didn't have to spend longer than necessary in a plastic box in the back of the car; the logistics were planned and carried out with precision.
Wynn, Ieuan and Matt worked SO hard from before 9am to after 7pm ... having lived in our old house for 18 years we had an enormous amount of stuff, and they packed it all carefully, quickly and without complaint (even picking up a 32 drawer apothecary cabinet complete with contents - I dread to think how much that weighs). They were simply phenomenal, and we can't thank them enough. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking for an efficient, professional and friendly service, extremely competitively priced (and I can say now ours is over, I was expecting the price to be higher, and it would still have been reasonable if it were). Thank you Knightmovers. I have no intention of ever moving again, but if we do .... 😁Read more

Awesome team. The ladies in the office were very extremely helpful & a joy to deal with. The gentleman who actually moved our things were quick, very strong, efficient, organised, polite, & incredibly patient when the first time buyers did a same day exchange & completion. Not a single item lost or damaged in transaction. Would definitely highly recommend & use again. Could not have asked for more.

I’ve used Knightmovers twice now and both times I’ve been very happy. The initial survey, quote and booking of removal service were handled professionally and all of my questions answered thoroughly. I highly recommend them.

Everyone at KnightMovers was friendly and helpful from the first phone call to completing the move. The removal men were very careful with all my belongings, friendly and efficient and I have no hesitation in recommending them.
I moved from Wales to Kent and it wasn't the easiest access at either property but their driving skills were top notch and they made the whole move stress free.

After the initial enquiry about our long move from Suffolk to North Wales, we were emailed a document to complete to summarise our inventory of major items to be moved. Once submitted, we soon received the quote that we thought was very reasonable, considering the complexity, such as a relay vehicle being needed at the Welsh address due to a long drive with a tight corner, not suitable for larger lorries.
On the day of the move, the two man crew arrived at the Suffolk property exactly on time. They immediately got to loading the very large lorry needed. They were extremely accommodating, allowing us to include items that we had either over looked or miss counted. As it was such a large vehicle, this was not a problem. Within just over 3-4 hours the load-up was completed, with no issues as at, & arrangements were made to meet them in Wales the following morning.
Once again, the unloading was quick & efficient & the three man team, including the shuttle vehicle driver, had all off within a few hours, They assisted in getting items not only into the house, but also into temporary storage outbuildings, where needed. Whilst we are still unpacking, we have not found any broken or damaged items & they took great care at both properties to avoid damage to the actual houses themselves, as well as the possessions.
Overall, the team we dealt with were efficient & friendly from start to finish. We may have another, smaller, job to move items in the future & would have no hesitation in using Knightmovers again & would highly recommend them to others.
Thank you for helping take some of the stress out off a complex move!!

The level of support and flexibility from the administration of the arrangements for the move was exemplary. The professionalism, friendliness and hard work of the men who undertook the removals was fantastic. They respected our property and goods, removing and delivering everything without incident. I would recommend KnightMovers without hesitation.
