Fantastic crew - Goce and Lupche were so professional - and I felt very well looked after ahead of time during the booking process. Even when I changed the date a few times due to work commitments. Don't be put off by the video review of the items, it's quick and helpful for them to make sure they send the right-sized van. I have no hesitation recommending this company and the service was first-rate. It's the second time I've used them and I would absolutely use again and recommend with no hesitation. Price was right and I couldn't be happier. Go for it and have a chat. Callie is lovely!

We had an excellent experience with Alexanders Group from start to finish.
Communication with Justyna (our dedicated move manager) was incredibly easy and clear, which made the entire process stress-free.
The moving crew were extremely professional, efficient, and quick, while still paying great attention to all of our belongings. They handled everything with care, and worked seamlessly throughout the move. We were also very happy with the disposal service, which was handled just as smoothly and professionally.
Overall, a fantastic experience — highly recommended!

We had a wonderful experience with Alexanders Removals. All the communication before with Ewa was very easy and simple. The removers were polite, efficient, helpful.
This a a very trustful company, with kind and reliable people.
They don't let you down, even when you need them to pick up all the boxes after the removal.
I highly recommand them, and I'm sure I'll take them again if we have another removal.

We had a great experience with Alexanders from start to finish. The lead up to moving day was handled very professionally, with clear communication and quick responses to any questions or concerns we had.
On the day itself, the team were right on time, incredibly careful with our belongings, friendly, and genuinely helpful throughout. Nothing felt rushed, although it was super impressive how quick they were, and it was clear they took real pride in doing the job properly.
Moving days are rarely stress free, but Alexanders made the whole process as smooth as it could possibly be. I would go back to the Alexanders team without hesitation and would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable removal company.

The team at Alexanders were great from start to finish! My roof was damaged in the storm, water was pouring in and so I put many of my belongings into storage with Alexander. Within 1-2 hours of my first call to the company, I had a video consultation with Dimitar to work out the amount of space needed and the cost. Dimitar was very helpful and practical. Within 2 days Alexanders picked up my belongings. The removals team was incredibly professional and carefully packed and removed my items for storage. When I was ready to take the items out of storage, this was arranged within a week (with the help of Justyna and Dimitar who were both very responsive and helpful). The return team were also excellent and carefully put my items back where they came from. I was especially impressed by the handyman using a lazer to ensure that my TV was straight when mounted back on the wall. Will absolutely be using Alexanders again when I next need to move / put anything into storage.

I am 40 years old and moved internationally 11 times in my life: Alexanders were the best moving company I have had so far. We booked the full package: packing and unpacking. Polite, gentle and considerate, we had a crew of 4 very professional gentlemen. Absolutely nothing was damaged.
