I am 40 years old and moved internationally 11 times in my life: Alexanders were the best moving company I have had so far. We booked the full package: packing and unpacking. Polite, gentle and considerate, we had a crew of 4 very professional gentlemen. Absolutely nothing was damaged.

We used Alexanders for a large move across London and would recommend them in a heartbeat. Every part of the process went smoothly - from boxing everything up and moving it all into the new flat, to the pickup of the empty boxes a few days later. It took a task that seemed impossible and made it very straightforward.
Our team included 5 people across two days and they were all incredibly friendly and professional. This was our second move with Alexanders, and we will use them again in the future!

We worked with Alexanders when between houses for both storage and removals and they went above and beyond to make it a completely seamless and stress free experience, whilst taking great care of our belongings. Callie was super responsive and helpful with providing quotes and coordinating the whole process and answering our many many questions.
Also the pick up of boxes and materials post move was a super useful added bonus, especially in London!

We had a wonderful experience with Alexander's. Moving in is such a stressful experience and every single interaction with the team helped to put my mind at ease. From the initial call with the office, to the on-site quote, I felt I was going to be given an accurate and honest estimate of cost. We were given helpful money-saving advice from the office and really good communication throughout. Best of all is that the office handled parking restrictions for us.
On move day, we had a five-person team arrive and they had us out and into our new place in under 5 hours. All were super polite and careful with our personal items, even on a very hot day to be traipsing up and down stairs. We will absolutely be calling Alexander's again for our next move.

The movers themselves were quick and efficient and all incredibly pleasant with the exception of one particularly rude-mouthed member. Apart from that our experience with them was positive until we were ready to move into our next flat and received the inventory list which is littered with such blatant, careless mistakes that we are now struggling to provide our international moving company with an accurate list for pick-up and customs.
