The team at Alexanders were amazing. We moved from a fifth floor walk up on a hot day and the guys were incredibly quick, professional, very friendly and careful with our belongings. Everything was wrapped and moved with real care, and subsequently unpacked with speed and care. Highly recommended and good value. Made our moving day stress-free. Thank you so much!

We used Alexanders when we had our house renovated. We needed to empty our house, have our furniture stored and returned upon completion.
The service was great from start to finish including the quote, removal day experience, aftercare, especially as we needed access to our furniture at short notice and the delivery of the furniture upon completion of the work.

Alexanders Removals were fantastic. Above and beyond for everty step of the way. First they were the most competitive yet, right from the off, the most thorough. An early morning video call where I could 'show' them the job, not just explain. No one else did this. Then every question answered and anticipated. And incredibly comprehensive quote.
Then the actual removals, storage and return of everything. Perfect. The crews were incredibly polite and helpful all the way. Went out of their way to be helpful and suggest solutions. Quick too. They sent plenty of people to do what looked like really hard work. Then I over extended my storage time and throughout, the office staff - Dimitri, Alexander, Justyna were brillaint. Understanding, helpful, just great.
My goods were all returned in perfect condition. Everythinng ra like clockwork. Every step was explained and re-explained when I was too thick to understand.
I would recommend Alexanders to anyone. It's a bit stressful doing a move and having a company where the mails, the phone calls, the meetings and the removals themselves, the crews, are all so on top of their game really helped relieve some stress. Well done Alexanders!Read more

Excellent, professional and punctual service. Justyna was my move manager, who arranged everything ahead of time including a video survey to determine the move strategy. The three packers planned out how to organize themselves so that we were packed from a 3 bed 2 bath apartment in less than 2 hours, even with several wine glasses, delicate crockery and fragile souvenirs and paintings. When we arrived at the destination, realizing that the designated parking was too far away, the movers quickly adapted, shifting to the loading dock to get me moved into the new place by lunchtime! They were extremely courteous, and knew what to pack and what not to pack, even finding a set of keys I'd lost a year ago! I don't plan to move again, but if I do, I'll definitely go back to Alexanders.

My experience with Alexanders was excellent all round. Justyna, my customer liaison manager scheduled and arranged everything perfectly. I had bespoke move requirements ..a large number of heavy bookcases which were full to overflowing & I needed all the books and papers carefully packed and then unpacked and put back in the right bookcases at the other end. Everything was done as agreed. I would highly recommend my crew Radek and Kacper…. Well done guys!

Fantastic crew - Goce and Lupche were so professional - and I felt very well looked after ahead of time during the booking process. Even when I changed the date a few times due to work commitments. Don't be put off by the video review of the items, it's quick and helpful for them to make sure they send the right-sized van. I have no hesitation recommending this company and the service was first-rate. It's the second time I've used them and I would absolutely use again and recommend with no hesitation. Price was right and I couldn't be happier. Go for it and have a chat. Callie is lovely!
