Once the guy arrived he was nice enough, but then he ended up forcing my hand to pay him more money as he 'worked' longer.
The quoting system is misleading, and the movers are unprofessional.

They have sent a quote over email. After the move, they asked for more money claiming it has taken more time. We had no issues paying more as the move was indeed longer. In the process, they have damaged our heater and the renting flat we are moving out from. They have kept the damages under the wraps without informing us.
It was when the landlord contacted us that the space beneath the kitchen counter has been damaged, did we find out the damage. The sole item in the space of the kitchen counter was the heater, and the heater legs was broken in half.
On the website they will claim they have an insurance worth 25,000£. When we found out the damage, we tried to start insurance claim and claim forms, not only do they fail to provide an insurance policy, but also are we met with arguments and shouting. Trying to make them repair the damage to the landlord’s flat was a futile experience, by saying blatant lies, shouting over the phone and of all completely lying and deceit.
This ends with us having to repair the damage for ourselves, despite having all the pictures and videos as evidence. They will also ask to pay in cash or through to a personal bank account which we didn’t look into too much because of how stressful moving has been at that time.
As such, we will take this matter report this company as required if they failed to provide necessary evidence and follow procedure.

UPDATE: In addition to provide the insurance claim/policy and the receipt for the move, the company is THREATENING TO SUE US for libel.
