We used this company six years ago and they were excellent, which makes our recent experience all the more shocking. This time they were terrible.
They attempted to overcharge us for a parking bay suspension they never even applied for, and only refunded it when we challenged them. During the move, over £4,000 worth of damage was caused to our belongings (including our Kamado Joe barbecue and Yamaha piano). The worst example was our barbecue: the crew damaged it through clear negligence, then put the cover back on to hide what they’d done. We only discovered it days later.
Instead of taking responsibility, they denied everything while offering no credible explanation. Their attempt to limit liability to £40 per item - despite the evidence of mishandling and concealment - was unacceptable.
